Processing
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). If a product page lists a different processing time, that time applies. An order with more than one item ships together once everything is ready.

United States
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and starts at $6. Orders of $150 or more ship free. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Canada
Shipping is calculated at checkout and starts at $13. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

International
We ship to most countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout and starts at $16. Delivery usually takes 1–4 weeks after shipping, depending on the destination and customs. Import duties and taxes aren't collected at checkout. If your country charges them, they're due on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Address issues
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reship it once the new postage is covered.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order delivered and you can't find it, email us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Limited runs
Every piece is made in a limited run and counted by hand. In the rare case an item sells out between your order and our count, we'll email you and refund that item in full.
